Traffic Tickets

Speeding Tickets

Everyone gets a speeding ticket from time to time. Pleading guilty to a speeding ticket may cause your insurance to go up dramatically.

Fortunately, there are options available that may be able to minimize the impact to your insurance premiums.

We have over a decade of experience handling traffic tickets. We may be able to get your ticket reduced to a non-moving violation (improper equipment), which will not affect your insurance at all. If you are going a little too fast to qualify for a reduction to improper equipment, then there may be other options available to you, such as using a Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC), or pleading to a lower speed which reduces the insurance points you get.

Call our experienced traffic ticket attorney today for a brief consultation where we can explain your options to you.

Expired Registration and Compliance Matters

If you get a ticket for having an expired tag, no inspection, or no insurance, call us and we will walk you through what you need to do to have the ticket dismissed yourself. We offer this consultation free of charge, whether you use or services or not.

You will have to go the the District Attorney’s Office or appear in court on your scheduled court date in order to get your case dismissed, if you are eligible to have it dismissed

If you do not want to appear in court - court makes you nervous, or you can’t miss work - then we can generally handle matters like this for a convenience fee of $50.

Traffic Accident

If you are at fault in a traffic accident, you likely were charged with failure to maintain lane control, drive left of center, or failure to reduce speed. These charges are usually given to you to ensure that the damages and injuries sustained by the other party are covered by your insurance or are otherwise paid.

We also offer a free consultation if you were at fault in a traffic accident and want information on how to get your charges dismissed. It usually takes a little more time and effort to get these charges dismissed, if you are eligible to have them dismissed. If, after your free consultation, you determine that you don’t feel good about handling your ticket yourself, we would be happy to represent you for a convenience fee starting at $50 for most matters.
